Correct, Frances Cleveland gave birth in 1893 to a little girl, Esther, who was actually born in the White House !! Esther was the only child of a President ever born in the White House, but her sister, Ruth, who had been born in 1891(while the Clevelands were in between terms) was more famous with a candy bar supposedly named for her---that's right Baby Ruth !!
